Next week, we will review the handout and begin preparing to read The Tragedy of Julius Caesar.

Tuesday -- discuss handout and take notes on Shakespeare and the historical Julius Caesar. Homework: Read Act I

Wednesday -- Discuss Act I and identify significant lines in Act I.

Thursday -- Continue discussion of Act I and begin essay. Essay will be due on Tuesday.

*** Please bring a highlighter to highlight in the book. There will be lines that are significant to the play that you will need to remember.
