Do "Review the Skill" on pages 62-63 and "Review the Skill" on page 65 in the grammar book.

Read the short story on pages 74-85 in the literature book. Also, write the answers to the questions under "Thinking Zone" on pages 86-87 and number six on page 94.

You will be writing a folktale soon. Decide on a moral to use as the theme for your story.

Write the definitions for the rest of the vocabulary words in List Four. Numbers 6- 24 are definded within the story you are reading.

Look up the basenji breed of dogs and be ready to share orally something interesting about this breed.
