9/16/2024 -- 9th Grade Literature and Composition

This morning I spent time looking at grades, and, to my dismay, I found several students who have chosen not to revise essays. While it is not mandatory to revise essays, I would think that if you made lower than an A on an essay, you would want to revise it, especially if you made an F on it.

I will accept revised essays through noon on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.

Please do not get accustomed to this generosity. I doubt it will happen again. I want you to succeed in class; however, you must meet me halfway by doing what is assigned and using every opportunity to make an A in this class.
