Language Arts 6th/7th Grades Sept. 12-16

Grammar: There will be a test over preposition usuage on Tuesday. It will be the same format as the pages in the grammar book. Vocabulary: All of the rest of the words on Vocabulary List Three need to be defined. They can be found in the back of the literature book. Literature: Read the story on pages 85-88 in the literature book. After reading the story, look at the diagram on page 84 and think about what you have read. On a sheet of notebook paper briefly list the introduction, main idea, three main details, and the conclusion. If necessary, read back through the story to better understand what is said. Also, work on memorizing the poem. Cursive: Complete the pages for the weekend.
