Write a paragraph about a time in your life that you saw fear used to elicit (or provoke) a certain response in the masses.

We discussed this in class but just as a reminder, if you cannot think of a time it was caused in the masses, you can write about any time in your life you remember seeing fear used in a way to provoke a certain response.
