09/04-09/09 American History

Immerse yourself in the colonial era. The object is to fully understand what life was like in America between the founding of Jamestown in 1607 and the beginning of the War for Independence in 1775. This can be done by further studying Chapter 4, reading articles on the internet, or watching a movie set in this time in American History. Two examples of movies are "Keeping the Promise" and "Felicity: An American Girl Adventure." You can either write about what you discovered or be ready to speak to the class about what you discovered.
