Ms. Christi talked to y'all about the beginning of the reconstruction era along with Lincoln's assassination, and the three amendments that followed the Civil War.
I want you to answer the following questions.
What three amendments to the constitution are known as the reconstruction amendments?
What was the purpose of each one? Explain how they affected and/or changed the course of history for America.
Why did the 14th and 15th amendment become necessary so soon after the 13th amendment was ratified?
How did Lincoln's assassination affect the reconstruction plan?
Explain Lincoln's Ten percent plan.
