This week we have covered Chapter 1 Lessons 8, 9, and 10.

Friday/Monday Work :

• Chapter 8 Independent Practice Page 16

• Chapter 9 Independent Practice Page 18

• Chapter 1 lesson 10 Page 19 & 20

• Study/Review pages 19 & 20 for Chapter 1

  * We will have our Chapter 1 Test on Wednesday 9/3

• Study Week 3 Vocab Words

  
  

  1. Matchlock: A gunlock in which powder is ignited by a match.

  2. Mite: A very tiny amount.

  3. Pewter: A tin and lead mixture used to make kitchen utensils and other ornamental objects.

  4. Puncheon: A rough-hewn board or table.

  5. Vaguely: Unclear or indistinct.

Please let homework be done independently. Help & guide of course but have them complete themselves.This helps me know if we need to cover a lesson more or if we need more practice.
