We had a great first week! It is going to be a wonderful year!

Understand Federalist Paper 78 that was handed out in class. Write a quick summary. Decide if you agree with how our judicial branch is set up. Of course to know if you agree, you have to know how it is set up. :) Be ready to defend your opinion.

Read pages 3-15 in the Government book. Decide if you agree with the author. that the U.S. is in a political crisis. Have a few facts written down defending your position. You can also use other sources to defend your view.

There is no right or wrong answer to any of these points of view.
