I will be absent this coming Tuesday, so Mrs. Dawn will be there to hand out assignments. This week we covered an introduction of cropping systems, specifically digging into continuous cropping and crop rotation. We also watched a documentary and commentary on the Dust Bowl time period of the 30's and 40's. It was a good bit of material and concepts. I want to ensure all have a good grasp before moving on. There will be two handouts given to complete. If you need longer than the class period, you may take those home to finish and return on Wednesday 10/14. You may use your notes and other handouts to complete the assignments. You may also want to review the class lecture and PBS presentation on the Dust Bowl. Attachments and links are below.
