High School Modern World History 8/14, 8/17

-Bach and Handel comparison- List four differences and eight similarities.

-Label map 1 and color based on the legend you create.

-Complete college/university handout. Use the internet to research the answers.

-Complete Lesson 1-3 Review handout. (It is front and back.) The only source you can use to complete this is your textbook.

-Start a timeline. Cut out and glue the first five figures with description. We went over how to do this in class.

*If you do not have glue at home, I will have some Tuesday morning for you to use before class. Make sure you have cut out the figures with the description and have written the dates on your timeline. That way it won't take but a few minutes to glue them on the timeline.

-Complete the first three notecards over the first three lessons. We went over how to do this in class.

Some of the assignments listed above have been started by many of you. In fact, many of you have already turned in the map. Make sure you complete them all and turn them in on Tuesday.

This year in World History will be very hands-on. This first week may overwhelm you some as you do the activities for the first time. You will get faster.
