We had a great week and I’m excited to see what this year brings.

This week, we got our interactive notebooks started and organized. Take a look at those because we will be using these a good bit. Textbooks should be here next week, so be on the lookout for those.

Homework:

• I sent home a letter detailing how things will go this year. Please go over this with your student and I’ll need the bottom part signed and returned Tuesday.

• “My Planet field trip” sheet complete. Choose a planet that you would like to go to and research about it to fill in the prompts on the page. When coloring your planet(s), please use accurate colors.

  This project can have a little bit of fun, but must be factual.
