5th & 6th grade Earth Science

Complete the packet about Volcanoes and Earthquakes. This will be for a grade, turned in Tuesday.

Also, there is a mapping activity about the ring of fire that they will need to complete.

They have another one that was a bit too much, but I told them that if they turned it in at least 50% complete, it would be 10 bonus points.

We are going to be switching gears from volcanoes to earthquakes (2 of the results of plate tectonics). Next week, we will be taking a deeper look at earthquakes and then have a lab day or two with some hands on fun!

Parents, this has been a tough week for me. Mom has had some unexpected medical issues and I have been pretty distracted and pulled needing to take care of her. Please know that we are learning, it’s just looking a little different.
