10/16 weekend assignments

*15 question Quiz on Tuesday 10/21.

Here are topics you’ll need to review- all information to study is in your journal (hydrosphere and atmosphere).

- cryosphere relates to hydrosphere how?

- be able to list 3 places on Earth you can find water and if those places have fresh or salt water.

- what happens to meteors as they come into the atmosphere

-  Be able to label the layers of the atmosphere (there will be a picture of the Earth and lines going out from it, so know it from the Earth up- Troposphere, Stratosphere, Mesosphere, Thermosphere, Exosphere)

- Study the 4 spheres – hydrosphere, atmosphere, geosphere, and biosphere- be able to write at least 1 complete sentence about how you relate and interact with each of the spheres.

hint: Bonuses will be about salt water, meteors, and auroras

Homework. If you didn't finish the layers of the atmosphere that we colored and added to the journal, please do that. It will help you study. I’ll post a photo of that below. Be sure to add the extra pieces (clouds for weather, airplane, meteors, and satellite). Study!
