American Literature: 11-28-23

Finish reading chapters 13-15 in The Scarlet Letter and answer the questions in your Words Aptly Spoken textbook. Complete the open book quiz for chapters 13-15. I will check for completion of these assignments tomorrow, but I will wait to grade the quiz packet until we are done with the novel.

Timeline:

Today (Tuesday 11/28): Chapters 13-15

Tomorrow (Wednesday 11/29) Chapters 16-18

Thursday (11/30) Chapters 19-21--in class. I will give out the test study guides.

Weekend: Chapters 22-24

Next Tuesday (12/5) Go over study guide.

Next Wednesday (12/6) Test over The Scarlet Letter

For each day, you will be required to read the assigned chapters, answer the questions in WAS, and complete the open book quiz for the assigned chapters. I will check for completion each day at the beginning of class, and then I will take up your completed quiz packets next Tuesday to grade.
