Homework (8/25): From the handout given in class, please define the literary terms and give examples from The Screwtape Letters. Take a few minutes and consider the Principles and Big Ideas from the handout. You do not need to write anything. These statements/concepts will guide our discussion of Letters 1-8.

Tuesday: WB p. 31-33 (began in class) Study Ch. 1. Grammar. The test will be next Tues. Wednesday: Study for Ch. 1 Grammar test on Tues. Weekend Work: Grammar: Study for Ch. 1 Grammar test on Tues. Writing: Write a paragraph about the weather today and how it makes you feel. Before you write, observe and think. How does it look outside? What mood does this weather put you in? Reading: Be sure you have read and understand all of p. 7-16 in Case for Christ. Study the definition
