Today, we discussed creating the body paragraphs and began writing the first body paragraph. Homework: complete first body paragraph. Tomorrow: students will edit/revise body paragraph and begin writing the second body paragraph.

This week we will be reading Night. Class time will be given for reading. The novel should be completed by the beginning of class next Tuesday.

Students began writing an essay detailing Jesus’ two commandments and the Ten Commandments. Homework: Students should have the first paragraph written or a detailed outline for the essay as discussed in class. Tomorrow: Students will review homework and continue writing the essay.
