For those who would like to get a head start on next week’s essay, here is the essay topic: Discuss the methods of control used in 1984 and relate them to today’s society. The final copy is due Thursday.

Today we reviewed first body paragraphs and began writing the second body paragraph. Students should have the rough draft completed by the beginning of class Tuesday so we can edit. We will continue editing Wednesday. Final copy of essay is due at the beginning of class Thursday, 3/26/2026.
