Homework: Complete introductory paragraph and first (1st) body paragraph. Tomorrow we will discuss these and continue writing the essay.

First writing assignment due 8/19. Pick a person that was historically influental in the agricultural field. Write at least 1/2 handwriten page about this person to include the following key points: Brief biography Where were they from? When did they live? What was their profession? What was their major contribution(s)? How is their impact still evident today?

Homework: Research the following: Mayflower Compact Virginia House of Burgesses Colonial Legislatures Also, consider this question (you do not have to write your answer). Let’s use this as the beginning to our lesson tomorrow. Why would Locke argue that people have the right to replace a government?
