Finish all Comprehension Check questions for Chapter Three and the Chapter Review on page 94. Also, finish watching the assigned videos and answer all the questions over the videos. Make the 'sugar sticks" to illustrate how crystals are formed. Either bring one to class on Tuesday or send me a picture showing me what you made. Write about this project in your notebook. Start studying for the Chapter Three test scheduled for Wednesday.

5th Grade Math
Good afternoon!! We are starting our division chapter. So of them need some extra help. I try to get them to write the steps of division out on the top of their paper to look back at. DMSB…divide, multiply, subtract and bring down!! And some need extra help on multiplication facts. If you don’t know multiplication it makes division even harder. I will be averaging grades next week so any missing pages needs to be turn in by Wednesday or they will be zeros in my grade book. 10

We finished the chapter about weather and have moved on to rocks and minerals. With next Thursday being fall break, we are doing some background with our next chapter- Chapter 3.
