Students should look over the questions on the back of the handout (beginning with “ Night examines… ) and be prepared to discuss these questions in depth tomorrow. Students are also encouraged to google the Jewish holocaust and look at photos of the concentration camps and their inhabitants to get a better idea of what Elie Wiesel went through.

Homework: Students should complete the rough draft — introduction, 2 body paragraphs, and conclusion. Tomorrow: In class, we will edit our essays to assist one another in adding more information to the essays. This essay should be @ 750 words.
