Read Lesson 18 and complete your index summary card. Each person is completing a one-page handwritten report after researching a topic/person. During class each student picked their topic/person/battle, ect from Lesson 17 or 18. On Tuesday, each person will present their report.

Lesson 4, complete pages 100-101 (1-30) Lesson 5, complete pages 107-108 (1-31) Make sure you have completed Lesson 3, pages 93-95 (1-15, 21-33) This was Wednesday's homework, but we went over a few concepts at the beginning of class on Thursday since many struggled with the problems. Everyone gets the weekend to finish it up before turning it in on Tuesday. Also, correct the problems you missed on 3.1 and 3.2. We will complete Chapter 3 next week and the test will be on 9/29

Tuesday we will be reviewing chapter two for a test on Wednesday. When you come to class Tuesday be sure all Comprehension Questions and Chapter Two Review questions have been completed and all assigned videos have been watched. It is also a good idea to reread the chapter and be ready for the oral review.

Complete pages 71 and 72 in the worktext. Complete pages 67 and 69 - 72 in the activities book. Tuesday we will be reviewing chapter three. The test will be on Wednesday. Also, study the 2's, 5's, and 10's multiplication tables. We will have a speed drill on Tuesday. It is very important to learn the multiplication facts.

Page 115, 45-54 all and Page 119-121, 1-39 odd, 46-55 all Make sure to study the examples and show your work.
